Renkens speaking on recruiting at South Kitsap High School

Former college coach and recruiting expert Jack Renkens will present “The Realities of College Athletic Recruiting” at 7 p.m. March 25 at South Kitsap High School’s Auditorium.

Renkens founded his organization, Recruiting Realities, after his daughter became a national-level basketball recruit. According to his website, Renkens uses his hourlong presentation to “exploding the myths and presenting the realities of athletic recruiting to student-athletes, their families, coaches and school counselors.”

The presentation is free.
